Happy Marriage

By Nicole Rowland

Those looking at Dave and Nicole Rowland's more and more popular channel on YouTube would get to witness the unusual; Dave disastrously applying Nicole's makeup, making targets out of toilet rolls and firing rubber bands at them as well as giving an emotional tribute to a deserted treadmill on the highway. However, they are not trying to be comical; they call it 'Doing Life Together' - a marriage-centric lifestyle; which could truly help people all around the world save relationships.

If you ask Dave and Nicole then they would say that they practically been together forever. Even now that they are in their early forties, they still have an exciting friendship like how it was when they initially met in grade 7. They decided to give suggestions and share their life on line when they made a vow to passionately work on their friendship after noticing that many couples they know are breaking up. So 'Doing Life Together' was born - a project spanning twitter, YouTube, Instagram and Facebook.

Dave believes that they have a strong marriage and would like to give tips on what they have experienced through the years while they relate with their audience. "We have been through it all, both as a couple and with our children". They also said that even after all the struggles they have been through, they always realize that they could not live without each other. Sadly, many couples who experience the same troubles end up breaking up before realizing this which causes a ripple-effect that affects millions of people. They would like to show to the whole world how their love for each other grows every day.

If theory and practicality were the only two options, Dave and Nicole would absolutely opt for the latter. Almost all their YouTube videos will show how they crazily tackle difficult subject matters which just proves that their connection is strong.

"You'll see us touring the city discussing the reasons why we are in love with each other, encouraging the audience to take the 'Cupid Cupcake Challenge' and proving just how much fun we have on our numerous unlikely daytrips and expeditions. But don't think that we're as happy as we are because we're fortunate; we got there through hard work and determination. The good news is that anybody can attain the same life, and joining us online is a great way to begin".

About The Couple: Dave and Nicole Rowland advocate that happy marriages make families stronger and thus makes a better society. The objective is to show their world via their channel on YouTube and inspire other couples. The story is really one of a kind. The first time Dave and Nicole met was when they were both in the 4th grade studying in the same elementary school. They had a relationship when they were in the seventh grade and after a brief break up, they made their bond permanent when they turned 14 years old; navigating the tumultuous teenage and torturous years in high school together. They decided to get married when they were 20, after 7 years of being together. They have had both happy and sad times. Twenty-three years later they are still here, still loyal and adoring each other more each day.
