Is There Life After Death Theories

By Leslie Ball

One of the most well known unanswered questions in the world would be what lies after death. Now many people have been whether is there life after death or not because they are curious as to where they would go. Of course as humans have came up with a lot of theories that would try to answer these questions that have been bugging them at their doorstep for a very long time already.

Of course the most famous of all the beliefs would be the Heaven and Hell theory which can be found in pretty much all the religions there. The basic concept of this theory is that if one is good during his lifetime, then he will be able to enjoy himself forever in Heaven whereas if he has been bad, then he has to go through eternal suffering in Hell.

Of course in this list is also the famous belief that if one would die, he would then become a ghost. Of course the popular belief of that is that one will become a phantom if he has some unfinished business on earth. Now this is apparent in a lot of the ghost stories that one would hear over the course of his life.

Now the next theory on the list would of course be the reincarnation theory that uses karma as a basis to what one will be in the future. Now basically, those who have done good in their life will be reincarnated in a good life. Those who would do a lot of bad things will have the opposite effect though and will lead a bad second lifetime.

Now the next set of theories would be talking about the scientific ones that would involve quantum physics. One of the more famous ones would be about the universe being infinite which means a human is also infinite. According to this theory, a human is made out of particles that would actually scatter the earth when he dies and it will also scatter to another object wherein the object that carries the atoms of the dead human will also carry his consciousness.

In the list would also be the theory of parallel universes that was theorized by quantum physics. According to this theory, when one dies, his energy would be transmitted to another world that is parallel to this one and he will be reborn in that next universe. It is quite like reincarnation but it is backed up by scientific theories of quantum physics.

Another theory that has a different twist to it would be the biocentrism theory that would state that there is no world unless the consciousness would put meaning in it. Basically, this theory supports the claims that there is no concept of time in human consciousness. So if one would mix this with the multiverse theory, he can say that the consciousness of a human can travel to another dimension and never die.

So as one can see, many interesting theories regarding the afterlife exist. So the big question would be which one is the real one. No one can really tell for sure unless he has already died.
