Now the fourth beast was not given any animal shape but it was said to have teeth of iron and was said to be stronger than all the other beasts. It had ten horns that was said to be the kingdoms that were under the fourth beast. Now Bible interpreters would state that the fourth beast was a representation of a world dominating power that was composed of ten countries that could actually rule the earth.
