By Sandra Walker

Today, the world is in chaos. Some people have considered their fellow human beings as just another of which they can take advantage of in the accomplishment of their own selfish goals. World leaders are at war with each other putting their citizens at stake, some criminals are still running free, and some have stepped on people just to reach a certain height in life. Before becoming self centered adults, these kinds of people were molded by a teacher. They grew up with either a teacher who imprinted love in their hearts or one who imprinted hate. Teachers have a heavy burden in their shoulders since they are carrying the future of their students, the humanity. Therefore, it is imperative for teachers to have educational withitness applied in their classrooms.

Withitness transforms a good teacher into the best one. This great potential is what a teaching professional needs in taking control of their class. When the class is successfully controlled, the lecture is being put out there successfully, as well.

Sadly, some teachers fail in letting their students fully understand their lectures. This is because of a student is disrupting the class by acts of misbehavior. This puts the focus of the others interrupted.

This potential will give the teacher eyes in the back of the head of the teacher. This allows the teacher to have three sixty view. When the back of the professional is on the class, the professional have the ability to sense if a kid is misbehaving.

Thus, the teacher will foil the mischievous plans of a pupil. This eradicates repetition of a scope of the lesson since the plans were foiled before it affects the class. Therefore, there is no time wasted during the class.

Professionals with this ability are able to predict future disturbances. The professional will know when the disturbance will happen and who will be the instigator. Therefore, it diffuses the act before other pupils get affected.

However, this is not just to monitor the bad ones. They are also made aware of the good works of the saints in the classroom. If they see one doing good work, the professional will praise that student, and by doing so, it will promote good behavior.

An adult who lacks self esteem attributes this trait to having a bad mentor during their childhood. The adult might have experienced being wrongly accused of an evil act. Familiarity of the traits of each pupil is importing in knowing who really the culprit is and who is innocent.

A facial expression, the spot the teacher choose in a classroom, and a hand gesture is useful in pacifying outside disruptions. Prevention of disruptions without stopping the lesson is attained. After all, the quality of the education the student should experience is to be prioritized.

Every human, in their life, has encounters with teachers. Teachers that can either bring about a good person or a bad person. Nevertheless, the contributions of mentors can change the world. They might contribute a person who values a fellow human or take advantage of a fellow human.
