Follow Your Heart To Get Your Ex Back

This might sound like a stupid questions but are you sure that you really love your ex boyfriend? Do you love him or do you just want to get him back? Find out the truth before you move forward with your plans to win him over.

You are sure that you are still in love with your ex boyfriend. You want him back in your life every day. You want to talk to him when good things happen in your life and when bad things happen but do you truly love him?

You need to be sure of yourself again before you move forward with your plan to win her over or your body language and tone of voice is going to give away your doubts and turn her off. Having self-confidence and being self-assured is a big part of attracting your girlfriend back. But what can you do to eliminate the doubts and fears? What can you do when you become jealous or feel like quitting?

Realizing how doubtful you are is the first step towards taking care of this problem. Realizing that you have bad thoughts inside your head and that even though you want to be positive and optimistic about everything, you still have doubts in your mind is a good first step. Instead, remember the fact that your ex was in love with you not too long ago. These feelings and emotions don't just go away. Deep down inside there is a piece of her heart that still beats for you. She might not be in love with how things were going in your relationship but she loved you and she does still love you.

Sometimes by simply loving someone we can actually attract them back into our life in a way that no amount of convincing or talking ever could. By just loving your ex boyfriend you can have peace about your feelings because they don't require any validation or reciprocation. By loving your boyfriend in your heart and wanting the best for him, even if that means him not being with you for a period of time because your emotions and desires to posess him scared him away, can bring him back. By backing off and just loving him you can bring him back.

Nourish your dream and make sure that you spend some time each day thinking about how you want things to be in spite of the current situation is important. Meditating, visualizing and dreaming about the exact scenarios that you want to take place is helpful. Be positive and optimistic about your chances of getting back together. Where will you go once your ex comes back? How will it feel to experience that first kiss? What will the holidays be like?

Try these exercises for a week or two and see if you notice any changes in your boyfriend. In addition, spend some time thinking about loving him selflessly. Try to love him without thinking about yourself or your needs and see if there is a change in you. You very well might lose the anxiety and stress and depression often associated with a breakup and you might find that he starts showing you a little more attention.
