A Quick Analysis Of The East African Social Network

By Jaclyn Hurley

Human beings have developed different languages to ease the process of communication. These languages have different local dialects which depend on the persons and the general use of such languages. In most cases, the languages evolve over a certain period. The dialects embrace the changes within the local environment. The changes in the technology have also brought a lot of changes to these languages. The East African Social Network developed as a result of the fusion between the local dialects and the technology.

The cave man is the origin of most of modern languages. The languages started off as a simple way through which messages could be passed over from one person to another. In the process, cave writings were used. The paintings on the walls were used for the transmission of special messages from one group of people to another. The paintings and writings were done in such a way that only the intended persons could understand them.

The smoke signals and the use of sign languages gave way to the processes that facilitated the encoding of messages on transit. Through such processes, very secretive messages could be encoded into different types of manuscripts. In most cases, the messages were encoded into reed manuscripts and then locked into special safes. On being received, the safes were unlocked and the messages decoded.

The process of encoding of special messages formed the basis of most of the modern encoding procedures used in the relaying of messages. This laid the foundation on which the phones could be developed. Over years, simple telecommunication devices were created. These had simple tools that facilitated the making of phone calls and sending of messages. The tools within such devices had special encoding applications that ensured that the messages did not fall into the wrong hands.

The simple telecommunication devices laid the foundation for an evolution. The industry built better devices over the years. The devices that replaced the initial phones were far much better in terms of performance and security improvement. Such had the ability to gain access to the internet at a relatively faster speed. They also enabled the making of video calls especially for people separated by expensive distances. Online games also became a reality.

The convergence era in the communication industry entered once the devices attained special abilities. The applications installed could be used to manage various aspects of the personal lives. High speed processing speeds means that users now had the world at their finger tips. Through the use of such devices, the users were able to gain access to various online forums. Making of new friends through online social networks became a reality too.

People need to communicate and stay in touch for a couple of reasons. Communication is one of the processes through which people can relay special pieces of information to a number of people. As the information is being relayed, special links are formed by the people within the social groups. Though such interactions, people are able to stay in touch with their friends and families.

Over the years, the East African social links have grown as the people have embraced the various changes. The use of technology in communication has brought a new era in socializing. The uses of such devices and the interconnections have broken the traditional geographical boundaries. The changes and the use of technology have put the people of different regions on the global map.
