It is essential that you have boundaries in your life. This requires that when someone crosses those boundaries you stop them. Protect your time, family and home from outside influence at all times. This allows you to have control over your life. It also helps your family know that they can count on you to do what you promised them. For instance, if you promised your kids to show up for their events, they know that you will come.
